Here is how we got started...

We are two guys who grew up as teenagers in the 1980's and 90's, attending sporting events, movies, and playing video games---from the Atari 2300, Nintendo, Sega, PC, to stand up arcades. We spent countless hours playing Tecmo Super Bowl, Double Dribble, NBA Jam, Blades of Steel, Mike Tyson's Punchout...

Now that we are "grown up", we have jobs and families of our own. But luckily we still attend sporting events and still find time to play occasional video games together online. At some point during our frequently hilarious conversations, we had the idea to combine our two loves--video games and sports and movies. The result was our first mashup video NFL highlights with Tecmo Super Bowl sounds.

What started as just an online experiment quickly turned into a viral video that had half a million views in just 3 days! From that point on we knew we had something special, so we scrambled and put together an online identity for our future video mashups. We hope you get as much enjoyment out of watching our retroSFX videos as we do making them! And if you love our videos, they were meant to be shared with friends!
